Questions we get a lot
How much does a warehouse cleanout cost in El Paso?
It depends on the equipment, the hours and what’s being hauled. Equipment runs $150–$400 per round trip, labor is $18–$23 per hour, and haul-away is $0.15–$0.25 per lb. Anything we buy (metals, electronics, racking, forklifts, batteries) is credited back to you, so many cleanouts cost far less than you’d expect. Call for a free on-site walkthrough and quote.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Every visit has a 4-hour labor minimum.
How do I get paid for the scrap?
All material is weighed on a certified scale. Your scale ticket shows the weights and the amounts credited, plus any service and equipment deductions. We pay by check, ACH or Zelle.
Do you buy pallet racking, forklifts and batteries?
Yes. We pay $0.10/lb for warehouse racking, $0.08/lb for forklifts, $0.18/lb for forklift and auto batteries, and $0.05/lb for office electronics, plus market prices for steel, copper, aluminum, brass, stainless and insulated wire.
What won’t you haul?
We don’t take hazardous materials, chemicals, appliances that contain refrigerant, or asbestos.
How big a job can you handle?
No job is too big. We bring 53′ flatbeds, dry vans, roll-off containers, liftgate trucks, forklifts and a full crew for large warehouse, yard, plant and office cleanouts.
